TERMS OF COOPERATION

  • All persons presented to the Client are first invited for individual interviews with our consultants;
  • We present to our Clients only those persons whose experience, education and skills are in line with the specific requirements of the job and the company's profile;
  • Each project is managed by a consultant who supervises all stages of the recruitment process, thus making the information flow more efficient;
  • All recruitment procedures meet the requirements laid down in the licence we have been granted by the Ministry of Labour and the Inspector General for the Protection of Personal Data

STAGES IN PROJECT DELIVERY:

Stage I Together with the Client, we draw up a job description and candidate profile, and collect information on the company; the job description includes, among other things, the necessary competences, typical responsibilities, the position's place within the Client organisation, the required experience of the candidate;
Stage II We look for suitable candidates and conduct interviews, verify the candidates' skills against the Client's requirements, evaluate their knowledge, skills, professional predispositions; at this stage, we may also carry out additional psychological tests;
Stage III We then recommend candidates and submit all documents to the Client, together with a final report containing all important information collected during the interviews, and a ranking list.

METHODS USED TO COMPLETE PROJECTS

Standard method:

  • Candidates from the database (30,000 individuals)
  • Candidates from press and internet advertisements.

Direct method:

  • We search for suitable candidates using our contacts and knowledge of the professional circles in the industry concerned;
  • JKM consultants get in touch with potential candidates who work in major companies that operate in the Client's industry or use the business methods employed by the Client.

Guarantee:

  • is a standard element of our recruitment service, carried out irrespective of the reasons for which the employment relationship between the Client and our candidate is terminated;
  • our guarantee remains valid for at least 3 months.
