Emotional goals
to directly influence the employees' attitude towards tasks, to motivate and trigger a proactive approach, and to create an atmosphere of openness to new experiences.

Trainings are based on an interactive model of communication, which helps participants actively acquire new information and skills and introduce them on a current basis into their individual system of knowledge and professional experience.
