COACHING
A set of techniques and methods serving to improve the performance of subordinates through regular meetings held for motivation, control and training purposes. It helps develop appropriate solutions and motivate employees to apply them in practice. This is achieved through systematic meetings, evaluation of strengths and weaknesses, and finding individually-tailored solutions. A coaching management style helps employees identify their strengths and weaknesses, define methods of individual development, and, thanks to regular mutual communication, to plan their short- and long-term goals and commitments.
