- Assessment Centre - a skill assessment session
- Development Centre - a potential and development assessment session
During AC/DC sessions, we evaluate managerial staff, employee teams and individuals they are formed of. All participants complete a range of comprehensive test sessions and take part in managerial games. Depending on the scope, these sessions allow us to diagnose:
- the potential of teams and individual persons;
- personality predispositions;
- managerial predispositions;
- communication skills;
- job satisfaction;
- sources and reasons of conflict situations.
